摘　　要：目的了解血液透析(HD)患者的生存质量(QOL)状况,探讨其相关性影响因素,寻求相应的护理措施,以提高HD患者的QOL。方法自制一般状况调查表,并以健康调查问卷(SF-36量表)对175例HD患者进行问卷调查,应用描述性研究法对被调查对象的QOL水平进行分析,将其与一般人群比较,测评被调查对象的人口学特征、疾病状况对其QOL的影响。结果HD患者的QOL的各维度得分显著低于一般人群,家庭关系、费用支付能力、并发症、原发病与患者的QOL有显著关联性。结论在护理HD患者中,应关注其QOL,采取有效的护理干预措施,消除或减低其负面影响因素的作用,提高HD患者的QOL。Objective To understand quality of life （QOL） of the patients with haemodialysis （HD） and explore the relevance factors in order to draw out nursing methods to improve their QOL. Methods 175 patients with HD were investigated by the individual information questionnaire （self-designed） and Short Fort 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF-36 forms）. Their QOL were analyzed via descriptive study and were compared with the common crowd. The influence of patients＇ demographic characteristics, disease status on their QOL was measured. Results The patients＇ QOL were worse than that of the common crowd, and their family relations, expense payment ability, complication, originally diseases were correlative with their QOL. Conclusions The patients with HD should be concerned with their QOL and give effective care interventions to eliminates the negative factors and enhance their QOL.
