摘 要:为了明确红叶茎枯病对棉花产量性状及纤维品质的影响,以中棉41为材料,采用田间调查和室内分析相结合的方法,对产量结构和纤维品质相关性状进行了测定和分析。结果表明,不同红叶茎枯病发病级别之间产量性状有明显差异,其中,该病对单铃重影响最大,对株果枝数影响最小。同时,红叶茎枯病使纤维强度、断裂长度、成熟度及马克隆值降低,使纤维细度变细。在5个纤维性状,中纤维细度和马克隆值受到的影响最大,纤维断裂长度受到的影响不明显。A experiment was conducted to study the effect of cotton red leaf blight on yield characters and fiber quality of cotton by measuring some yield and fiber characters from plants of Zhongmian 41 with different disease degrees in field and room. The results showed that there was apparent differ ence of each yield characters among the disease degrees. In the four yield characters the effect of the disease was maximun on ball weight and was minimun on fruit branch number. The disease led to the decrease of strength, mature degree and micronaire value of cotton fiber, and increased fineness of fiber. In the five fiber characters, the effect of the disease was maximum on the fineness and micronaire value of fibre,and was minimum on breakdown length.
