摘  要:应用化学杀雄剂ESP对甘蓝型油菜的杀雄结果表明,以0.3~0.6μg/mL浓度的ESP,现蕾期处理效果最佳,全不育株达98%。杀雄后的油菜花瓣皱缩,色淡,花丝缩短,花药无花粉或有败育花粉,自交不结实,异交结实正常。喷药次数与杀雄效果无明显关系。油菜返青后喷药有一定的杀雄效果;现蕾后期,随着喷药浓度的提高,不育株率下降,药害加重。The researches about the effects of chemical hybridizing agent ESP on Brassica napus L. indicated that the best period of was the visible bud stage, and the optimal concentration of ESP was 0. 3-0.6 μg/mL. The percent of full sterile plant has an optimal concentration. After the cole was was 98% in all of the plants treated with ESP which treated with ESP, it can be observed that petal crimpling, fading, filament shortening , no pollen or abortion pollen in the anthers, unseeded when selfing and seeded when outcross. The time of treatment and the effect of Hybridization have not obvious change. Definite effect of hybridization can be observed by treated the cole with ESP after the regreening; it also can be observed that the percent of sterile plant will come down and the harm to the cole will aggravate along with the augment of the treatment's concentration at anaphase of visible bud stage.
