摘 要:以往研究认为,枸杞炭疽病菌(C.gloeosporioides Penz)仅侵染花、花蕾、青果,一般不会对成熟果实进行侵染。本研究证明:室内和田间接种孢子均可对成熟果实造成侵染危害。室内在16~36℃条件下接种孢子,均可造成侵染,以28~32℃侵染速度较快;在76%~92%RH条件下接种孢子,均可造成侵染,以92%RH侵染速度最快。田间接种孢子后。成熟果实危害病指最高达49.33;成熟果实晾晒过程会继续发病,危害病指最高达57.2。The past reports have showed that wolfberry anthracnose( C. gloeosporioides Penz)can infect flower,bud,immature fruit and can't infect mature fruit. But the study indicated that wolfberry anthracnose can infect the mature fruits in laboratory and in field. If the temperature range is from 16℃ to 36℃,wolfberryanthracnose( C. gloeosporioides Penz)caninfect the mature fruits. When the temperature is 28-32℃ ,the infecting speed is fastest. In addition at humidity range of 76%-92%, the mature fruits can be infected. Especially the humidity condition being 92%, the infecting speed is fastest. The highest disease index is 49.33 in field. Wolfberry anthracnose ( C. gloeosporioides Penz) can continue to infect the mature fruits during air-drying. The highest disease index during air-drying is 57.2
