摘　　要：以凌阳单片机SPCE061A为系统的核心控制器,设计了LED点阵条屏控制板和点阵条屏背板,控制板与背板之间采用SIO(Serial Input/Output,串行输入输出)串行口通信方式,系统不仅能够实现汉字的多方式移动显示,而且还实现了汉字的同步语音播报功能。通过设计和比较,发现利用SPCE061单片机可以减少设计工作量和硬件数量,并能够轻松实现语音同步。This paper uses SPCE061A signal chip as the system＇s core,designs LED lattice screen control board and backboard. The communication method between the two boards is Serial Input/Output （SIO）. This system not only show characters in several modes,but also achieves the characters＇ broadcast synchronously. Through design and comparision in the project, we can conclude that SPCE061 signal chip can cut down workload, reduce the number of hardwares, and achieve voice synchronization easily.
