准高速机车油压减振器的研制

摘　　要：介绍了准高速机车用油压减振器的基本工作原理、结构特点及在研制中采用的一些新技术。通过疲劳试验和装车使用等手段对新研制的准高速机车用油压减振器进行了验证,结果表明该产品结构合理、性能可靠,达到了国际先进水平。The fundamental principles and structural features of oil damper for the quasi-high speed locomotive are presented in this paper. The new technologies used in these oil dampen are summarized also. The new designed oil dampers are validated by the fatigue test and the practical employment. The results show that the structure and performance of the oil dampers, which are reasonable and reliable, reach the intenaational advance level.
