摘 要:本文利用CFD技术对天津市大港医院Ⅰ级洁净手术室进行数值模拟。结果分析表明,空态工况时:主流区单向流状态满足规范要求,工作面高度平均风速0.285m/s,室内温度分布均匀,除了热源附近温度较高外,整个流场基本保持送风温度21℃左右,空调设计方案可行。说明CFD方法可以得到计算空间内各点详细空调参数,可对空调方案作全面评价,对于指导设计具有一定意义。This paper numerically simulates the indoor fir-conditioning environment of 1st grade clean operating room in a hospital by use of CFD technology so as to evaluate the reasonableness of the design plan, For as-built clean room, the results indicate that the air flow pattem is unidirectional flow in the main flow area and the average speeds on working surface is about 0.285m/s. The distribution of temperature is very even and maintaining about 21 "C except for the nearby place of the heat source. Simulation results demonstrate the design plan is feasible. Therefore, the CFD approach is capable of providing full information of the airflow everywhere within the space and giving an overall evaluation for the air-conditioning performance. It is applicable for designing and assessing the airflow in the clean operating room.
