摘 要:吐哈盆地储层属典型的低压、低渗、低产“三低”储层,许多井在钻井过程中油气显示活跃但完井后却未获得理想的工业油气流,如何有效保护储层、提高单井产量的问题日渐突出。利用气体钻井技术保护储层的优点是吐哈“三低”储层发现油气层、提高单井产量一条行之有效的途径,氮气钻井由于其灵活的供气系统在吐哈盆地天然气源缺乏的区域具有绝对优势。文中阐述了经过多年研究与现场实践而形成的一套针对储层从钻井到开采的全过程氮气欠平衡钻井技术,使吐哈“三低”储层在钻井过程中及时发现油气层、大幅度提高单井产量、大幅度提高机械钻速得到实现,为吐哈加快勘探开发步伐创造了一项新的技术。The reservoirs in Tuha basin belong to typically low pressure, low permeability, and low output. Although rich oil & gas were found in many wells during drilling, satisfactory production cannot be reached after well completion. It is a key problem to protect reservoirs and increase well production rate effectively. Gas drilling technology is a useful way to discover oil & gas formation and improve well production rate in these reservoirs. Also, drilling with nitrogen injection method, for its flexible gas-feeding system, has a predominant advantage in the areas lacking natural gas in Tuha basin. This underbalanced drilling technology with nitrogen injection, based on years of research and production, is hereby discussed for the whole process from drilling to production. As a new technology in exploration & development of Tuha oilfield, it has played an important role in discovering oil & gas formation, boosting single well production and accelerating the drilling rate in Tuha basin.
