摘 要:在注水开发过程中,注入水对储层孔隙、骨架颗粒、胶结物和油藏流体的作用等因素的影响,易在储层中形成大孔道。储层大孔道对油藏注采工艺有着重要的影响油层大孔道所具有的特殊性,即具有渗透率高、孔喉半径大等特点,要求堵剂具有相当的强度、适宜的固化时间、价格经济,为减少对中、低渗透层的污染还要求堵剂有合适的粒径。因此需要研制针对性强的大孔道封堵技术。自20世纪90年代以来,我国油田进入了高含水、特高含水期,封堵大孔道和低成本、高效的调剖剂的研究和应用在各大专院校和胜利、大庆、大港等油田有了很大的进展,现已形成了以颗粒类调堵剂、聚合物凝胶堵剂、颗粒类与聚合物凝胶复合堵剂为主的大孔道调剖堵水技术。文中调研了大量国内外资料,对油层大孔道调堵技术进行了回顾,对其发展前景作了展望。During waterflood development,for the effect of injecting water on reservoir pores, framework grains, adglutinate and reservoir fluids,high-capacity channels are come into being easily in formation. The high-capacity water channels have importance influence on injection and production technology.itit It has the features of high permeability, large pore radii etc.,which require lost circulation additive taking on comparative intensity, feasible cure time, price economy, and fitting particle diameter for low permeability layer. TWherefore, the high-capacity water channels plugging off technology was developed. Since 1990s, oil field in China have turned into high water-cut, super high water-cut period,the research and application of plugging off high-capacity water channels and low cost, high performance profile control agent have obtained prodigious advancement in Daqing , Dagang oilfields,the series technology and distinctive profile control agent have been come into being. The paper presented the application of the high-capacity water channels profile control/water shutoff technology and its development foreground.
