摘 要:针对中原油田易漏地层调整井水泥浆低返问题和薄油层井、小间隙井和侧钻井的射孔及后续增产措施造成的水泥环脆裂,评价了油井水泥增韧防漏剂的性能,并对其各种力学性能、水泥浆体系的防漏性能及工程性能进行了系统研究。并进行了聚能射孔模拟试验、地面混灰打浆试验、现场易漏井的固井试验。室内研究和现场试验证明,F27A油井水泥增韧防漏剂具有优异的增韧、抗冲击能力和防漏作用,其综合工程性能也满足易漏地层固井施工的技术要求。在中原油田纤维韧性水泥浆体系首先在钻井三公司卫11-53井等8口井的油层固井中获得了成功现场应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,并已推广应用。The paper evaluated the performance of oil well cement toughening loss circulation material, and systematacially studied its mechanical property, antileak capability and engineering property of cement slurry system. At the same time, the jet perforating simulation test, ground beating test and field cementing test of toughening loss circulation material were carried out. The laboratory study and field test showed that F27A toughening loss circulation material has toughening, resistance to impact and antileak action, and it can meet the technical requirement of cementing operation in thirsty formation. Fiber toughening cement slurry system was applied successfully in 8 wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield and got good economic benefit and social benefit.
