摘  要:用硫酸黄连素(berberinesulphate,BS)对小鼠的整体及离体试验,探索其对免疫系统的影响。结果表明:BS10-4,10-5mol·L-1可增强腹腔巨噬细胞(PMΦ)和人全血白细胞吞噬白葡萄球菌的功能;促进小鼠PMΦ产生IL-1;抑制脾细胞产生IL-2和抑制T和B淋巴细胞转化;25,50mg·kg-1加速小鼠网状内皮系统对炭粒的廓清速率;抑制小鼠血清溶血素的产生和足跖的DTH反应。提示BS可增强小鼠非特异免疫反应,抑制细胞和体液免疫功能。In previous studies, it found that berberine had the effects of antibacteria, anti inflamation and restraining the growth of tumor cells. These should have been closely connected with immunity effects. Therefore, we had studied the effects of berberine sulphate (BS) on immune system of mice in vitro and vivo . The results showed that BS with 10 -4 and 10 -5 mol. L -1 increased phagocytosing function of peritoneal macrophages (PMΦ) in mice and peripheral leukocytes in human, the production of IL 1 by PMΦ in mice, inhibited the production of IL 2 produced by spleen cells, the lymphocyte transformatiom of both T and B. With 25,50 mg·kg -1 , BS accelerated the clearance rate of charcoal particles, decreased the development of serum hemolysin concentration 50% and the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction. It was suggested that BS increase non specific and decrease specific immunity in mice.
