盐酸胺碘酮注射液与4种输液的配伍稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察盐酸胺碘酮注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸胺碘酮注射液与4种输液在室温下配伍后8 h 内不同时间的含量变化,并观察溶液外观性状及 pH 的变化。结果:盐酸胺碘酮注射液与10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后,pH 及含量均有明显变化;与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍8h 内,各项指标均无明显变化,溶液稳定。结论:盐酸胺碘酮注射液可与5%葡萄糖注射液在常温下配伍于8 h 内使用。Objective： To study the compatible stability between amiodarone hydrochloride injection and 4 infusions （5% glucose solution, 10% glucose solution, glucose in normal saline, normal saline）. Method： The content of amiodarone hydrochloride injection were determined by UV-spectrophotometry at different time within 8h after mixing with 4 kinds of infusions, the appearance of the solution was observed, the pH of amiodarone hydrochloride were determined. Result： No marked changes were noted in the contents,appearance,pH and assay of amiodarone hydrochlofide injection mixed with 5% glucose solution. Conclusion. Amiodarone hydrochride injection can be used within 8h after mixing with 5% glucose solution under the room temperature.
