穴位注射胰岛素后小鼠血清cAMP、cGMP含量变化及微量元素预处理对其的影响

摘　　要：检测小鼠＂内关＂、＂足三里＂穴位注射胰岛素后５ｍｉｎ、１５ｍｉｎ、３０ｍｉｎ时血清ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ水平变化。结果发现，＂内关＂穴注药后ｃＡＭＰ、ＣＧＭＰ水平明显下降，＂足三里＂穴注药后ｃＡＭＰ水平明显上升而ｃＧＭＰ水平明显下降；用微量元素Ｃｒ￣（３＋）、Ｖ￣（５＋）穴位预处理后１０ｍｉｎ再注胰岛素，则发现＂内关＂注药后ｃＡＭＰ呈明显上升，＂足三里＂穴位注药后ｃＡＭＰ明显下降，而ｃＧＭＰ仍呈明显下降。结合作者以前的研究提示，ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ部分参与了穴位注射胰岛素的信息传递，其变化的差异可能是穴位相对特异性的原因之一。The changes in the levels of cAMP and cGMP in the sera were respectively observed 5,15 and 30 minutes after insulin was injected into "Neiguan" and "Zusanli" acupoints of mice. The results showed that the injection through "Neiguan" acupoint caused a significant reduction in the levels of cAMP and cGMP (P<0.05;0.01);the injection through "Zusanli" acupoint resulted in an obvious rise in the level of cAMP(P<0.05;0.01), but an obvious reduction in cGMP (P<0.05;0.01). Then insulin was given once again by injection 10 minutes after the mice were pretreated by injection of trace elements Cr￣(3+) and V￣(5+)into the acupoints. It was found that the cAMP level increased obviously (P<0.05)after insulin injection through"Neiguan" acupoint; that the cAMP level decreased evidently after injection through"Zusanli" acupoint, but the cGMP remained low after both injections, Our study, combined with our previous ones, indicates that cAMP and cGMP partially participated in the transmission of message on the insulin injection into the acupoints, and the difference in the changes of the levels mentioned above may be one of the causes of relative specificity of the acupoints.
