脂肝康治疗非酒精性脂肪肝84例观察

摘　　要：目的：比较脂肝康和立普妥治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法：治疗组84例用脂肝康治疗，对照组84倒用立普妥治疗，1个月为一疗程。共治疗1～3个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率95．2％，对照组总有效率73．8％，两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：脂肝康治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有较好疗效。Objective： To compare the therapeutic effect of Zhi Gan Kang and Lipitor on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Method. 84 cases were treated with Zhi Gan Kang as the study group while 84 cases were treated with Lipipor as the control group. One month is one course of treatment. Both groups were treated with one to three courses of treatment . Result ： The total effective rate of the study groups is 9 5 . 2 % while that of the control group is 73.8 %. There is very significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Zhi Gan Kang has good therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
