Curative Effect on Chronic Aplastic Anemia by Combination of Companison and Large Dose of Gammaglobulin & Cyclosporin A

摘　　要：目的探讨康力龙联合大剂量静脉输注丙种球蛋白(HD-IVIgG)、环孢霉素A(CsA)对慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的疗效。方法CAA患者72例,联合使用康力龙、大剂量静脉输注HD-IVIgG、环孢霉素A(CsA)治疗32例,单独使用用康力龙治疗40例,观察两组疗效,并对疗效和一些相关因素进行比较。结果使用康力龙、大剂量HD-IVIgG、CsA治疗有效率为93.8%,高于单用康力龙组的55.0%(P<0.05)。使用康力龙、大剂量HD-IVIgG、CsA组的骨髓增生度及外周血网织红细胞的恢复优于单独使用康力龙组。结论联合使用康力龙、大剂量HD-IVIgG、CsA治疗CAA优于单用康力龙,是更有效的治疗CAA的方案。Objective To discuss the curative effect on chronic aplastic anemia （CAA） by using the combination of companison and a large dose of gammaglobulin ＆ cyclosporin A. Methods Dividing the 72 cases of chronic aplastic anemia into two groups, the first 32 cases were treated by using the combination of companison and vein injection of a large dose of Gammaglobulin and Cyclosporin A, the last 40 cases were treated only by using the companison, then observe the curative effect of two groups and compared the curative effect and some correlated factors. Results The effective rate of the combination of companison and a large dose of Gammaglobulin ＆ Cyclosporin A was 93.8%, which was much higher than that of only using the companison （55.0%） （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the marrow hyperplasia and cell recovery of the first group was better than the second group. Conclusion The curative effect of the combination of companison and a large dose of gammaglobulin ＆ cyclosporin A was better than only using companison , and was an effective curative project.
