摘 要:探索了在不同浓度的A l(NO3)3溶液中加入铜粉,搅拌至糊状,在80℃干燥后,在H2保护气氛下加热至500℃使得A l(NO3)3分解成A l2O3,所得粉末在真空烧结机中加热到800℃,制备出A l2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料的新型工艺.研究了A l2O3含量对该复合材料各种性能的影响规律,结果表明:随着A l2O3含量的增加,材料的导电率下降;当A l2O3含量达1.0%时,材料的硬度达到最大值,而密度随A l2O3含量的增加而下降.The study describes an in-situ method of manufacturing Al2O3 dispersion strengthened copper composite(DSC) by decomposing nitrate. While being mixed, copper powder is added into Al( NO3 )3 aqueous solutions with different concentrations. Having been dried at 80℃, the mixture was then heated to 500℃ in hydrogen protective atmosphere and held at the temperature for the Al(NO3)3 to decompose into Al2O3. Al2O3 DSC was then obtained by sintering in vacuum sintering furnace at 800℃. The properties of the DSC with different contents of Al2O3 was characterized. The results showed that the conductivity and density of the DSC decreased with increasing the Al2O3 content; and when the content of the Al2O3 reached 1.0%, the hardness of the material reached a maximum.
