摘 要:选择粒度为0-5-1.5mm的天然沸石经10%HCl溶液处理后,用42%Al(OH),胶体乳液浸渍(沸石:Al(OH)3:水的质量比4:l:1.5)改性,500℃焙烧4h。用改性沸石与污水接触2h后,石油污水中COD的去除率达到87.5%,COD值降到100μg·L^-1以下。采用Fenton试剂对使用后的改性沸石进行再生,处理污水的效果与新鲜剂相当。The treatment of petroleum wastewater by adsorption method with aluminum natural zeolite was studied. The results showed that the removal ratio of COD reached 87.5% and the COD value decreased to below 100 mg·L^-1 using modified zeolites which contacted with petroleum wastewater for 2 hours. The modified zeolites with size of 0.5 - 1.5ram were prepared with 42% Al(OH)3 gel (mass ratio of zeolite,Al(OH)s to H20 4:1:1.5) after preimpregnation with 10% HCl solution, and baking at 500℃ for 4 hours.The modified zeolites that has been used could be regenerated by Fenton reagent and treating effects were the same as fresh agents.
