村民自治视角下的民主监督与党的执政方式民主化

摘　　要：当前在农村广泛推行的村民自治,是我们党作为领导人民当家作主的最广泛民主政治建设的实践形式,是党加快农村基层民主政治建设、推进社会主义民主政治进程、实现党的执政方式民主化的重要资源。然而,只有加强对权力运行的制约和监督,保证权力的正确行使,才能保证人民当家作主的各项权利不受侵犯,才能有效地实现党的执政方式的民主化。Currently the villagers autonomy that fulfilling prevalently in villages is the practical mode of the most comprehensive democratic politics construction that our party to lead the affairs of having the people to be host , is the momentous resources of the party to accelerate the grass - root democratic politics construction , push forward the procedure of socialistic politics and to realize the democratization in leading way . However , only to reinforce on the restriction and supervision of power performance , ensure its accurate usage , then can guarantee the various wrights in having the people to be host not be violated , and then can efficiently realize the democratization of the party＇ s administration methods.
