应用催产素滴鼻促进泌乳的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用催产素滴鼻在促进分泌、排乳中的作用。方法将150例产妇随机分为观察组80例和对照组70例，观察组产妇于分娩后在1～4d的哺乳期里予以催产素注射液滴鼻；对照组产妇不用任何药物滴鼻，分别统计两组产妇泌乳的始动时间和奶足时间，并进行比较。结果观察组的平均泌乳始动时间和泌乳充足时间均较对照组提早，且泌乳量增多，差异均有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。结论催产素滴鼻具有促进泌乳的作用，使泌乳提前，泌乳量增多；此法简单、方便、经济，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of nasal dropping of oxytocin on milk secretion and milking.Methods A hundred and fifty cases of lying- in women were divided into the observational group（ n = 80） and the control group（ n =70） at random. The observational group was given nasal dropping of oxytocin within 1 to 4 days＇ milking period after childbearing. The control group was not given any medicine. The starting time and sufficient milk time for milk secretion were calculated and compared between the 2 groups. Results The starting time and sufficient milk time in the observational group were earlier than those in the control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. The milk volume in the observational group was also higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The nasal dropping of oxytocin can improve milk secretion in terms of facilitating milking and increasing milk volume. This method is simple, convenient, and economic for the clinical promotion.
