摘　　要：报道采用ＢｉＰＡＰ呼吸机（Ｂｉ一ｌｅｖｅｌｐｏｓｉｔｉｖｅａｉｒｗａｙｐｒｅｓｓｕｒｅ）经面（鼻）罩治疗３０例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ＣＯＰＤ）并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理体会。Assisted with face一masked respiration,Bi一level positive airway pressure respi-rator(BiPAP )was applied in treating 30 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)complicated by respiratory failure.Discussed below is the experience in both the treat-ment and nursing care.
