沙土鼠舌下神经核衰老性变化的初步观察

摘　　要：用ＣＢ—ＨＲＰ逆行标记法，观察雄性沙土鼠青年组（３个月）与老年组（３６个月）舌下神经核运动神经元标记情况，结果青年组细胞标记数为９７０．５±９１．７４，老年组为６１３．８８±３２．３８，老年组细胞数量较青年组减少，Ｐ＜０．０５有显著差异，但舌下神经核团形态变化不大，舌的运动功能改变不明显．Hypoglossal nuclei of male gerbil were studied by cholerogenoid horseradishperoxidase(CB-HRP)technique in both young(3 months)and aged(36 months)groups.As a result the number of labelled neurons was 970.5±91.74 in the young and 613.88±32.38 in the aged,whose cell count were fewer than those of the former.There was a signifi-cant difference(P<0.05)between two groups,but little change was observed in the ap-pearance and function of hypoglossal nuclei.
