摘 要:用无焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了豚鼠内耳外淋巴的电解质成份:Na ̄+,K ̄+,Zn ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+),旨在从外淋巴这些离子变化中观察顺铂对内耳的毒性作用及硒对其耳毒性的拮抗作用.由实验测得正常豚鼠鼓阶中各离子平均浓度(mg/L)分别为2945.8,345.9,126.6,85.1.前庭阶中分别为1379.1,1745.2,125.4,88.6.鼓阶中Na ̄+浓度高于前庭阶(P<0.01),鼓阶中K ̄+浓度低于前庭阶(P<0.01).两阶中Zn ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)浓度无差异,A组耳蜗外淋巴离子浓度发生变化,鼓阶中Na ̄+浓度下降,K ̄+浓度升高,前庭阶中离子改变与之相反.外淋巴中Zn ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)浓度均明显降低,B组外淋巴离子变化程度低于A组,实验表明硒可在一定程度上拮抗顺铂造成的内耳外淋巴离子紊乱.Atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to measure the ionic concentrations forNa ̄+,K ̄+,Zn ̄(2+) and Mg ̄(2+)in the perilymph of a guinea pig’s internal ear.The purpose was toobserve,through the ionic change in the perilymph,cisplatin toxicity effect on the internal earand selenite antagonism against cisplatin,Each ion’s average concentration measured by the ex-periment was 2 945.8,345.9,126.6 and 85.1mg/L in the tympanic scalae,and 1379.1,1745.2,125.4,88.6 mg/L in the vesibular scalae.The concentration of Na ̄+ was higher inthe tympanic scalae than in the vestibular scalae while that of K ̄+ was lower in the former thanthe latter,with no market difference for Zn ̄(2+) and Mg ̄(2+) between both scalae,In group A theionic concentration fluctuated conspicuously at the perilymph of the cochlea. In the tympanicscalae Na ̄+ level decreased and K ̄+ level increased whereas a reversed process went with the ioniclevels in the vestibular scalae.The contents of Zn ̄(2+) and Mg ̄(2+) dropped apparently at the perilym-ph,where less ionic change happened in group B than in group A. The result of the study sug-gested that selenite antagonized cisplatin to some extent and induced an ionic disorder in the peri-lymph of the internal ear.
