摘　　要：同形字指不同时代的人造出的字发生巧合,形体完全一样,但传写的词完全不同。建立同形字的概念,是为了把文字问题同词汇问题分开,说明一些用假借不便说明的文字与词汇相纠缠的现象。Homographs refer to cases where two identical characters have different meaning. Homographic characters are created coincidently by people of different periods, and they may or may not have similar pronunciation. Fotmding the concept of homographs, we can differentiate a character phenomenon from a lexical phenomenon, and explain certain phenomena that can＇t be well explained by borrowing of characters.
