盐酸托烷司琼预防化疗所致恶心呕吐反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸托烷司琼预防化疗时引起的恶心呕吐反应的疗效及其不良反应。方法:对47例接受顺铂或阿霉素或吡喃阿霉素化疗的癌症患者随机分为两组:A组23例和B组24例。A组采用国产盐酸托烷司琼预防性治疗,B组采用进口盐酸托烷司琼预防性治疗。观察并记录两组用药及用药后3 d患者食欲减退及恶心呕吐情况。结果:A组有效率78.26%,B组有效率87.50%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:国产盐酸托烷司琼与进口盐酸托烷司琼预防癌症化疗时引起的恶心呕吐疗效相当,且无明显的不良反应。Objective： To observe the efficacy and adverse reaction of the domestic tropisetron hydrochloride in the treatment chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting. Methods： Total 47 malignant tumor cases receiving cisplatin or adriamycin or Pirarubicin chemotherapy were ran domly divided into group A （23） and group B （24）. The patients in group A adopted the domestic tropisetron hydrochloride and those in group i5 did imported tropisetron hydrochloride. The adverse reactions such as decreased food appetite,nausea and vomiting were observed and recorded during medication and after three days. Results： The response rates of group A was 78. 26% while that was 87.50% in group B. Between the domestic tropisetron hydrochloride and imported tropisetron hydrochloride there were no remarkable differences in respect of nausea and vomiting and the other adverse drug reactions. Conclusion：The domestic tropisetron hydrochloride is equivalent to the imported one in terms of the efficacy and safety in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
