摘  要:简述了结晶器保护渣在连铸过程中的重要作用和2Cr13在连铸过程产生表面凹陷的机理。使用物化性能适宜的保护渣可以改善初始坯壳的传热与润滑,控制铸坯表面凹陷的产生。在实验室研究的基础上,研制出了适合于断面为150mm×150mm、拉速为1.0~1.5m/min的2Cr13不锈钢连铸结晶器颗粒保护渣。试验证明2号保护渣性能良好,2Cr13连铸坯因表面凹陷产生的返修率由20%下降到5%。The present paper describes briefly the important role the mould fluxes plays in the process of continuous casting and the mechanism for the defect of dents occurring on the surface of 2Cr13 billet in the process of continuous casting. The defect can be controlled by using the mould fluxes with appropriate chemical and physical properties since this fluxes is more capable of improving the heat transfer and lubrication of the initially solidified shell of the billet. The granular mould fluxes suitable for the stainless steel billet 2Cr13 with section of 150 mm×150 mm and drawing speed of 1.0 to 1. 5 m/min has been developed on the basis of the laboratory experiments. Results show that the property of the newly developed No. 2 mould fluxes is excellent and the rejected rate of the CC billet 2Cr13 due to the dent defect has been cut down to 5 % from the original 20 %.
