摘　　要：城市地下空间作为城市空间资源的重要组成部分,其开发利用与规划工作已被国家列入现代中国城市规划工作的重要内容。本文围绕:我国城市地下空间规划工作的发展历程、经验与教训、性质与任务、原则与思想、理论与方法、标准与管理等问题展开研讨,旨在为中国城市地下空间资源开发利用的规划工作提供科学思想与技术路线。Urban underground space is an important component of urban space resources, wnose developmem and planning are regarded as the key aspects in modern Chinese urban planning specified by the state. This paper introduces the problems of the developing course, experiences and lessons, character and mission, principle and idea, theory and technology, criterion and management of Chinese urban underground space planning. The aim is to find and deserve the scientific ideas and techno - routes of planning in Chinese urban underground resources development and exploitation.
