基于中国国情的地下空间开发利用引导理念

摘　　要：由于各国国情不同,各国地下空间开发利用的引导理念也有所不同。因此从各国实际出发,研究适合于各国实际的地下空间开发利用引导理念具有特别重要的意义。对于中国这样一个发展中国家,通过较长一段时间的调研和规划实践,总结出三条基于中国国情的地下空间开发利用引导理念:构筑资源节约型和谐城市、打造布局紧凑型立体城市、创建环境友好型宜居城市。Because the various countries＂ national condition is different, the guidance idea for various countries＂ underground space development and use is also different. Therefore, from the reality of various countries, the research on guidance idea. suitable to the various countries＂ actual underground space development has vital significance. Regarding the China as a developing nation, through a long period of investigation and study and the practice, three guidance ideas for underground space development and use based on the Chinese national condition are summarized： To construct the resource conservation harmonious city, to make the layout of compact three-dimensional city and to create an environment friendly city.
