摘 要:采用与相同规模管线分散直埋形式对比分析的研究方法,初步界定了市政综合廊道的费用和效益组成,尤其是外部费用和外部效益的组成。通过量化建立了市政综合廊道费用效益分析模型,利用该模型对国内有代表性的11条地下市政综合廊道进行效费比测算和分析,得到了市政廊道全生命周期综合效益和费用对比效果的肯定性结论,为市政综合廊道建设项目的可行性研究和地下空间开利用的定量研究提供了有参考价值的方法和数据。The cost-benefit composition of the multi-purpose utility tunnel was defined, especially the composition of the exterior cost and benefit. After quantization of influencing factors , the cost - benefit analysis model was established. Based on this model, the cost - benefit ratios of eleven typical multi - purpose utility tunnels in China were calculated. Some positive conclusions were drawn, i.e. compared to the traditional pipe system, the multi -purpose utility tunnel has advantage in its life cycle. The results obtained provided some useful information to the feasibility investigation of the multi - purpose utility tunnel .
