摘 要:以超级电容器作为储能装置,进行了千瓦级独立光伏系统的研制。在小信号模型的基础上对控制系统进行了设计,并应用SIMULINK仿真分析了系统的运行特性。仿真及实验结果表明,系统的总体效率为77.8%,超级电容器组的充放电效率为92.5%,系统在光伏输入功率大幅波动以及负载突变时具有很好的稳定性。为超级电容器应用于可再生能源发电和电能质量改善等领域中提供了较好的参考。Ultracapacitor (UC) has many virtues such as high power density, high charging and discharging efficiency, long circle life, SOC judging easy and exact, sound temperature and environment character. It has great potential market in the field of power energy storage now. A one-kilowatt stand-alone PV system with UC as energy storage was developed. System model and operating characters were analyzed using State-Space Averaging Method and Small Signal Method. A sound system control process was also designed. According to the large number of experiments, the system efficiency was 77.8 %, and the charging and discharging circle efficiency of the UC bank was 92.5 %. System stability was validated when the input power of the PV array was fluctuating greatly and when the load power was suddenly changed. Something valuable can be attained from this paper about the use of UC in the field of renewable energy and load leveling.
