摘 要:针对当前时间间隔测量方法中存在的问题,提出了一种基于内插采样技术的高精度时间间隔测量方法。该方法将对原理误差的测量转变为对基准信号相位的测量,完全克服了传统时间间隔测量方法的测量原理误差,并且解决了测量范围与测量精度的矛盾,能够完成实时测量。理论分析与计算机仿真结果均表明该方法是切实可行的。Aimed at the shortcoming of the existing time interval measurement methods, a new method which is based on interpolating sampling technology is proposed. By converting the principle error's measure ment to the phase measurement of reference signal, high precision is achieved. This method completely eliminates traditional methods' principle error and also solves the contradiction between measurement range and precision,so that real-tlme measurement is fulfilled. Theoretic analysis and computer simulation indicate that this method is feasible and effective.
