摘 要:随着导弹攻防对抗技术的复杂性、不确定性日益增强,导弹突防效能评估问题也日益复杂。考虑区间数理论处理不确定问题的优越性,建立了基于区间数多属性决策的导弹突防效能评估模型,对导弹突防效能评估指标体系构建、权重确定和信息集结方法进行了研究。在此基础上,采用区间数多属性决策方法对几种导弹突防方案进行了突防效能排序计算,验证了采用区间数多属性决策方法评估导弹突防效能的有效性和可行性。With the complexity and uncertainty buildup in the ballistic missile penetration and defense technologies enhancing increasingly, the penetration effectiveness evaluation about missile has become more complicated. Considering the superiority of interval numbers in solving the uncertainty problems, a model for evaluating the penetration effectiveness of missile based on interval numbers is established, and the adopted technologies, such us ordinal Euclid arithmetic, attribute system, weight coefficients and information concentration algorithm, are studied. In addition, the method is still applied to calculate the penetration effectiveness of some types of missile, and the result illustrates the approach is effective and feasible to the evaluation of penetration effectiveness of ballistic missile.
