摘 要:基于弹性力学理论,根据单层保温管道的结构特点、力的层间传递特性和管体变形协调条件,建立了静水压力作用下海底单层保温管道各层受力分析模型,探讨了静水压力作用下海底单层保温管道各层应力分布计算和临界屈曲荷载分析方法,并对南海某油田海底单层保温管道进行了压溃屈曲分析计算,其结果已用于该工程项目设计,并通过了第三方检验机构的检查。Based on theory of elasticity and considering the following conditions such as the structural characteristics of single layer insulation pipeline, the force transfer between different layers and pipe body distortion harmony conditions, the analysis model is established for the single layer insulation pipeline acting by external hydrostatic pressure. This article proposed the methods to calculate the stress in different layers and analyze the critical external pressure loads of buckling for single layer insulation pipeline. A typical buckling analysis example of single layer insulation pipeline was given for a project in South China Sea. This analysis results are already used for the pipeline design of this project, and the design reports have passed the third party reviews.
