摘　　要：桃花山是岳阳地区古墓葬的密集分布区。1994年发掘的唐墓(M4)为带甬道的长方形砖室墓,平面为“凸”字形,墓室后部砌有棺台,在甬道两壁及墓室两侧壁设有12个壁龛,壁龛附近发现十二生肖俑。墓葬虽早年被盗,但仍出土了大量的随葬器物,计106件,其中绝大部分为瓷器,包括镇墓兽、武士俑、骑俑、胡人俑、女舞俑、各类侍俑及模型明器、日常生活用器等。器物制作虽不特别精致,但地方特征明显。根据墓葬形制和器物特征判断,墓葬的时代为唐代初年,而随葬瓷器应为岳州窑产品。Taohua mountain is an intensively-distributed tomb area of Yueyang region. In 1994, a tomb of the Tang Dynasty was discovered here. It was a rectangular brick-chamber tomb which carried a corridor; its plane figure seemed like a Chinese character＂凸＂. On the back of the chamber, there was a coffin platform. In the walls of the corridor and chamber, there were tewlve niches which contained twelve pottery figurines in shape of anamals representing the twelve Earthly Branches. Although the tomb had been stolen already, 106 accompanying-grave goods still were found. Most of them were porcelains, including all kinds of figurines such as beasts, warriors, riders, women dancers and hu people; daily utensils, mingqi （imitating implements for daily use）. Although those articles have not been manufactured exquisitely, their local feature is clear. Judged from the shape of tomb and character of accompanying-grave goods, the date of this tomb can be traced back the early Tang Dynasty and the accompanying porelains are products of Yuezhou.
