摘　　要：在对铁皮石斛试管苗快繁研究的基础上,开展试管苗移栽研究。就基质选择、光照强度、冬季夜温、栽培方式和肥料配比进行控制,从而形成一整套铁皮石斛试管苗移栽配套技术。为国家重点保护的野生药材植物的可持续发展提供科学依据。Dendrobium o ffcianle is one of rare officinal plants. This paper reported the transplantation techniques of tube plantlets of Dendrobiumoffcianle. The techniques were developed upon the comprehensive consideration of various factors including media, light intensity, night temperature in winter, culture model and fertilizer. The techniques might be helpful to the protection and utilization of Dendrobium offcianle.
