摘  要:采用拉格朗日随体坐标建立了铝双辊铸轧过程瞬态传热数学模型。模型考虑了金属凝固动力学条件和采用试验测定的辊/铝带坯界面接触换热系数边界条件,用有限差分方法对控制方程进行了数值求解,并由现场测试数据验证了传热数学模型的正确性。A transient heat-transfer mathematic model was established using a Lagrangian coordinate system in twin-roll aluminum trip casting and rolling process. Solidifying dynamic condition was considered and practical interracial heat-transfer coefficient between roll and aluminum strip was adopted in the model, and the coefficient was measured by experiment. The governing equations for the roll and the strip were solved by means of a usual finite difference method, and the correctness of the model was examined by experiment results.
