摘  要:将SO42-/ZrO2负载镧制备了新型催化剂SO42-/La2O3-ZrO2,以亚油酸和乙醇的酯化反应为探针,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,结果表明,La3+浸渍浓度为0.07 mol/L,经110℃烘干后于500℃焙烧3 h所得催化剂活性最好。采用正交实验法对影响酯化反应的因素进行考察,最佳实验条件为n(醇)∶n(酸)=6∶1,反应时间6 h,催化剂用量3%(亚油酸),酯化率可达93.7%。且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用和再生能力。A new type solid super acid catalyst with the composition of SO4^2- /ZrO2 and added lanthanum was prepared by precipitation and impregnation. The esterification of linoleic acid and ethanol over the catalyst was studied. The influences of preparation conditions on its catalytic properties were studied. The highest esterifieation yield was exhibited under the conditions of impregnation 0.07 mol/L La2 ( SO4 ) 3, dryed at 110℃ ,calcinations at 500℃ for 3 h. The influence factors were investigated by experiment arranged by orthogonal design for esterification. The best condition was that n( alcohol): n(acid) was 6: 1, reaction time was 6 h,catalyst amount was 3% ( the mass of linoleic acid) and esterification yield of ethyl linoleate was about 93.7%. And the catalyst was reused and regenerated.
