摘　　要：为了利用超声回波信号对点焊连接质量进行准确评价,应用VB 6．0作为平台开发了点焊连接质量超声检测与评价软件系统．该软件系统通过VB 6．0调用Tektronix公司提供的TekVISA ActiveX控件,实现了数字示波器中超声信号数据的传输和存储；基于点焊连接质量超声检测的基本原理,通过提取和计算信号的特征参量,对点焊的连接质量作出评价．通过实验验证了评价规则的正确性．In order to conduct and accurate evaluation on the joint quality of spot welding by using ultrasonic echo transmitting signals, a software system of ultrasonic inspection and joint quality evaluation has been developed on the platform of VB6.0. The software system achieves the transmission and storage of the data of ultrasonic signals in the digitab oscilloscope by calling TekVISA ActiveX controllers supplied by Tektronix Inc.. Based on the principle of ultrasonic inspection for joint quality of spot weld, a proper evaluation on the joint quality of spot weld can be carried out by selecting and calculating the main characteristic parameters. The software has a friendly interface and can be operated easily. It has been proved that the evaluation rule is correct, so the software can be applied to the ultrasonic inspection and evaluation for joint quality of spot weld.
