摘  要:介绍了正常声光偏转器超声跟踪的优化设计基本思想,通过对超声跟踪与非超声跟踪声光偏转器的带宽曲线的比较,表明超声跟踪声光偏转器可以克服非超声跟踪偏转器设计中带宽与进入布拉格区之间或带宽与衍射效率之间的矛盾.具有相同的声光互作用相对长度时,超声器件获得的相对带宽是非跟踪器件的5.2倍;具有相同的相对带宽时,跟踪器件的声光互作用相对长度是非跟踪器件的4.8倍.In this paper, basic theory about optimum design by using ultrasonic steering technology in isotropic acousto-optic deflector (AOD) is introduced. Curves of relative bandwidth vs acousto-optic interaction relative length in ultrasonic steering AOD and ultrasonic non-steering AOD are given respectively, Through analyzing these curves, it can be obtained that the ultrasonic steering AOD can overcome contradiction between big bandwidth and condition of into Bragg diffraction region or between big bandwidth and big diffraction efficiency in the non-steering AOD. When the acousto-optic interaction relative length of the two devices are equal, the relative bandwidth of the steering AOD will be 5.2 times as great as the non-steering AOD. When the relative bandwidth of the two devices are equal, the acousto-optic interaction relative length of the steering AOD will be 4.8 times as great as the non-steering AOD.
