摘 要:通过安装不同收缩角和不同出口截面积的射流嘴,对5种内混式射流自吸离心泵的自吸性能进行了试验研究,利用压力传感器和真空仪测量了吸水管内和叶轮进口的真空度,分析了自吸离心泵自吸过程中吸水管内和叶轮进口真空度的变化情况,以及射流嘴收缩角和出口截面积对自吸性能的影响。结果发现:射流嘴出口压力取决于叶轮进口的真空度,而吸水管内的真空度曲线则反映了自吸离心泵的自吸过程;射流嘴的收缩角为20°-30°时自吸性能最佳;射流嘴的最佳出口截面积与自吸离心泵的大小有关,随泵的额定流量呈指数关系变化。Self-priming characteristic of 5 models of shooting flow self-priming centrifugal pumps with inner recirculation installing a series of different size shooting nozzles were tested. Meanwhile, the vacuum of suction pipe and impeller inlet was measured by pressure sensor and vacuum instruments, and the variations in vacuum and the influence of cone angle and outlet section area of shooting nozzle upon self-priming characteristic were analyzed. The result shows that vacuum of impeller inlet determined pressure of shooting nozzle outlet, and the curve of vacuum of suction pipe displays the self-priming progress of self-priming centrifugal pump. An optimal cone angle of shooting nozzle for self-priming characteristic is 20° - 30°. There is a relation between the best outlet section area and the scale of self-priming centrifugal pump. The optimal outlet section area varies according to exponent relation with rated flow rate of self-priming centrifugal pump.
