摘　　要：本文强调了尊重读者权利和保障图书馆员权益是图书馆人文关怀的重要内容,在图书馆的服务过程中既要强化对读者的人文关怀,也要体现对图书馆从业人员的人文关怀,只有解决好从业人员和服务对象的人文关怀问题,图书馆的人文精神才能全面体现。This article emphasized to respect the readers＇ right and to safeguard librarians＇ rights and interests are important contents of the library humanistic concern, We should strengthen both readers＇ and librarians＇ humanistic concern in the library service process, Only has realized humanistic concern of the librarians and the service object, can the library humanistic spirit be comprehensively manifested.
