摘　　要：对图书馆行业自律的实现方式、道德范畴、内容进行了阐述。结合行业自律规范的特点,提出建立行业自律引导、监督体系的制约系统和运行模式。In this paper, the author discusses how the librarians should put the professional autonomy into practice and observe their moral standards. According to the characteristics of the professional autonomy, the author puts forward a supervision system and its operating model in the libraries.
