摘　　要：口服国产ａｚｉｔｈｒｏｍｙｃｉｎ治疗细菌性感染１１０例，评价其疗效和安全性。治疗结果有效率为９３．６％（１０３／１１０），细菌清除率为９１．４％（９６／１０５）。不良反应发生率为５．４％（６／１１０），症状轻微，以胃肠道反应为主，个别患者出现一过性实验室异常。同时对国产ａｚｉｔｈｒｏｍｙｃｉｎ与进口品治疗呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性进行了随机对照观察，分别治疗５２例和５０例。A group of 110 patients with bacterial infections were treated with domestic azithromycin. The efficacy and safety of the drug was evaluated. Results showed that the total effective rate was 93.6% (103/110), the bacterial eradication rate was 91.4% (96/105). The adverse reactions mainly gastrointestinal disturbances were mild, with the incidence of 5.4%(6/110). Abnormal laboratory tests occurred rare and transient. A randomized comparative study was carried out simultaneously in patients with respiratory tract infections, 52 cases treated with domestic azithromycin and 50 cases with imported azithromycin. The effective rate and adverse reaction rate were simillar between the two groups.
