摘　　要：本文首先简单介绍了当前主流网络管理技术,接着详细介绍了中国网通(集团)河南省分公司网络管理系统现状,并结合综合网管系统的发展趋势展望下一步省网管中心的规划和发展,最后给出一些建议,希望能够对省网管中心的综合网管平台的建立起到参考作用。To build a scientific and efficient and powerful telecom network management system has become an important object of Henan Netcom. Firstly, this paper introduces the present mainstream techniques for network management. Then, we particularly introduce the network management status in HNNMC and describe the prospect of the programming and development of HNNMC based on the trend of network management development. Finally, this paper presents some personal opinions which hope to be helpful for building the network management platform of Henan Netcom network management center.
