摘 要:为提高大型非锚固原油储罐应力计算的精度,比较现有理论分析和有限元数值计算解与实测数据的差异,提出一种基于长短组合圆柱壳理论的应力计算新方法以代替目前惯用的长圆柱壳理论分析方法。还提出将原油储罐地基沉降量作为有限元分析的边界条件,以改进目前通用的弹簧杆单元法。以一台150 000m^3的原油储罐为研究对象,开展充水试验期间的应力测试研究和地基沉降监测,并分析比较应力实测值与理论分析值、有限元计算值之间的误差,结果表明新方法的计算精度比原方法有较大程度的提高。In order to improve the precision of stress calculation of large unanchored oil storage tanks, a new method based on a combined cylindrical shell theory is presented to replace the long cylindrical shell method through comparing the difference between solutions of exiting theory analysis, finite element calculation and test data; In addition, another new method, which takes foundation-settlement as the boundary-condition in finite element analysis, is presented to improve the means of spring-beam element in finite element analysis. A 15 000 m^3 oil storage tank is taken as a research object to conduct stress and foundation-settlement test during watering experimentation time. The test data of the new method are compared with the values of theory calculation and finite element analysis. The results show that the new methods proposed have much higher accuracy than the existing ones.
