摘 要:研究了黏度比对聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)共混物力学性能、形态结构以及结晶性能的影响。结果表明,黏度比对弯曲性能以及抗冲击性能有很大的影响,黏度比从0.55升至4.22时,弯曲模量从752.5MPa提高至875.3MPa,弯曲强度从20.5MPa提高至23.4MPa,低温冲击强度从347.8J/m提高至600.2J/m。当黏度比接近2.00时,冲击断面较光滑,说明PP和POE的黏度越接近,分散相的颗粒越小。共混物的熔融温度以及结晶温度均随着黏度比的降低而升高。The effects of viscosity ratio on mechanical properties, morphology, structure and crystallization capacity of blend consisting of polypropylene and ethylene-octene copolymer (PP/POE) were studied. The results show that the viscosity ratio exerts a significant influence on flexural properties and impact strength. As the viscosity ratio rises from 0.55 to 4.22, the flexural modulus increases from 750 MPa to 875 MPa, the flexural strength increases from 20.5 MPa to 23.4 MPa and low temperature impact strength increases from 350 J/m to 600 J/m. The fracture surface of the blends tends to be smoother when the viscosity ratio approaches to 2.00, the phenomenon means that the closer the viscosities between PP and POE, the smaller the particles of disperse phase. Both melting temperature and crystallization temperature ascend with the reduction in the viscosity ratio.
