摘 要:采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了氧化铝负载的硫化态Co-Mo加氢脱硫催化剂的分散度。用TEM半定量法的表征数据得到了MoS_2上棱边位、角位、平面位的Mo原子数目。结果表明,催化剂的加氢脱硫活性不仅与催化剂上可接近的棱边位和角位上的Mo原子数目有关,还与活性位的本征活性有关,化学处理可以使催化剂上的活性相类型发生变化,Co-Mo-S-Ⅱ类活性相的本征活性要高于Co-Mo-S-Ⅰ类活性相的本征活性。The metal dispersion of a series of sulfided Co-Mo hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalysts supported by alumina was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The overall population of Mo atoms at edge, corner and basal plane sites for each sample was obtained by a semi-quantitative method for evaluating the data from TEM micrographs. It was found that the HDS activity of the catalyst samples was not only proportional to the population of accessible Mo atoms at the edge and corner sites but also related to the intrinsic activity of the active site. The intrinsic activity of Co-Mo-S-Ⅱ type active site was higher than that of the Co-Mo-S Ⅰ type active site. The type of active site could be altered by chemical treatment.
