摘　　要：本文利用流动注射分析技术并改进抗坏血酸试剂的配制方法,建立了测定水中正磷酸盐的快速分析方法。通过对实验条件的优化,分析速率达72样.h-1,检出限为0.01mg.L-1,对0.5mg.L-1磷标准溶液测定11次的相对标准偏差为0.9%。应用于工业废水样的测定,结果令人满意。A method for determination of phosphate in water samples by using flow injection speetrophotometry and modification the preparation of ascorbic acid was described in this paper. Moreover , effects of eoneentration of reagents and other condition had been optimized. A detection limit of 0.01mg· L^-1 was achieved at a sampiing frequency of 72 · h^-1. The relative standard deviation was 0.9% for the determination of 0.5mg · L^-1 （n = 11 ）. The proposed method was successfully applied to the analyses of several wastewaters.
