摘  要:本文应用反气相色谱法测定了苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-乙烯基三乙氧基硅氧烷共聚物与探针分子的表观热力学相互作用参数X12,并以此研究了聚合物与小分子有机化合物的溶解性能。实验中测定了探针分子在聚合物固定相中的保留时间,计算出比保留体积Vg°及X12。根据聚合物与探针分子相溶性判定原则:当X12(0.5时,该探针分子为聚合物的良溶剂,X12越小,溶剂的溶解能力越强;当X12(0.5时,该探针分子则为聚合物的不良溶剂;当X12=0.5时,则该探针分子为聚合物的理想溶剂。预估了聚合物与小分子有机化合探针分子的溶解性能,为该聚合物作为固相微萃取吸附剂的应用性能研究提供了重要的依据。An investigation was made on the thermodynamic interaction parameter X12 between polystyrene - butylacrylate- orgarosilicon and probe molecule by inverse gas chromatography. The dissolvability between polymer and organic molecule was studied by using X12 as judging foundation. The keep times of probe molecules were determined in the experiment ,then Vg° and X12 were calculated. On the basis of the principle of the dissolvability between polymer and probe molecule : The probe is the good solvent if the value of X12 is smaller than 0.5 and the smaller X12 the better solvent. The conclusion was opposition if X12 is bigger than 0.5 . The probe is the ideal solvent if the value of X12 is 0.5. The dissolvability between polymer and probe was estimated. Offer the important gist for the application of polymer as solid phase microextraction adsorbent.
