摘 要:分析了现有电机特性测试方法的不足,指出无耦合电机特性自动测试方法研究的必要性。在深入分析电机运行机理的基础上,综合运用现代数字信号处理、数值分析及最优化等技术,解决了电机无耦合自动测试技术的关键问题,给出了针对某厂生产的全系列单相交流串励电机的无耦合电机特性测试方法。实验表明,该方法测试时间短,精度高,效果较为理想。The traditional motor testing method has some disadvantages such as complex, costliness, hard work and long elapsed time is needed, the precision of the testing result is depended on the skill of manipulator, and so on. All of the disadvantages make it is necessary to study of the no-coupling motor testing technology. The no-coupling motor testing method is based on the digital signal processing and system identification technologies. Using this type of testing system, the parameters and characteristics can be obtained automatically without load coupled with the motor under test. This paper gave out the no-coupling test method for the single-phase AC series-excited motor in detail. Firstly, the theory and mathmatical model of motor was analyzed, Then, the problems of no-coupling testing technology were solved based on the digital signal processing, numerical analysis, optimization and system identification technologies. The experiments show that the high precision results can be obtained while the elapsed time is short.
