中药熏洗对慢性肺心病阳虚水泛证心肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗对慢性肺心病阳虚水泛证心肺功能的影响。方法:将64例慢性肺心病阳虚水泛证患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组34例,两组常规治疗相同,治疗组加用刁本恕教授研制的温经通络逐瘀熏洗方熏洗双足,疗程12天。比较两组治疗后临床症状、体征、心功能指标、肺通气功能和动脉血气的改善程度。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床症状和体征改善的有效率分别为90%和79.41%;心功能、肺功能、动脉血气指标改善程度,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:温经通络逐瘀熏洗方熏洗双足能改善慢性肺心病阳虚水泛证患者的心肺功能。Objective：To observe effects of Chinese fumigation and washing recipe on heart function and lung function of edema syndrome due to yang deficiency in chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods： 64 cases were randomly divided into 30 of treatment group and 34 of control group . They all treated with same routine western treatment of 12 days ,while Chinese fumigation and washing recipe was added to the treatment group. Results：The total effective rate is 97.5% in the treatment group, significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）, and after treatment indices of heart function , lung function and arterial blood gas remarkably improved , superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese fumigation and washing recipe can significantly improve heart function and lung function on edema syndrome due to yang deficiency in chronic pulmonary heart disease.
